After registration closes, the counselling authority will begin the merit-list process. The provisional merit list is scheduled for October 4, 2026. The authority will also carry out verification of applicable PwD, Defence, Para-Military and NRI candidates. The combined merit list is scheduled to be published on October 6. One important feature of the Round 3 schedule is that choice filling and locking starts on September 24, even though the final combined merit list is scheduled for October 6. The choice-filling window continues until October 7, 2026. Candidates also need to deposit the prescribed security amount during the applicable window from September 24 to October 7. How Should You Prepare Your Rajasthan NEET Round 3 Choices?

Candidates should arrange their choices in their actual preference order instead of copying another student's list. Previous closing ranks can help provide context, but they do not guarantee the Round 3 allotment.

When Will Rajasthan NEET Round 3 Allotment Result 2026 Be Released?

The indicative Round 3 allotment is scheduled for October 9, 2026. Candidates should remember that this is described as an indicative allotment in the published schedule. What Should Candidates Do If They Participated in Round 2?

The Round 2 revised allotment was published on September 15, and candidates who received seats in that round were given a separate window for allotment-letter printing, tuition-fee payment and reporting. Candidates should therefore read the Round 3 eligibility and seat-allotment rules carefully rather than assuming that every Round 2 candidate has identical options in Round 3.

Talk to a Medical Senior Before Locking Choices

Cutoff data can show how a college has performed in previous counselling rounds, but it does not explain the actual student experience. Candidates comparing Rajasthan medical colleges can use OGcollege Talk to Seniors to speak with verified medical seniors about academics, clinical exposure, patient load, hostel facilities, internships and campus life.

This can be especially useful when candidates are choosing between colleges that appear similar based on rank or cutoff but may have different day-to-day academic and clinical environments.
